Please note that live animals and hardware are delivered separately and different shipping costs apply.

Shipment:

1. Delivery is only possible within Germany.

2. Hardware is only shipped with DHL or DPD.

3. Live animal orders are sent by email or by telephone to arrange a delivery date.

4. Live animals must be received by the recipient between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on the day of delivery.

6. Recipient must be reachable by telephone on the day of delivery.

7. Leaving live animal orders is not permitted.

8. Shipping of live animals is always at the buyer’s risk.

9. Mixed orders of hardware and live animal shipments are only possible with consent.

- Shipping is free for orders over 50€!

 

Live animal shipping:

- Shipping Tuesday to Friday via GO! Express (Overnight)

- Please let us know your desired delivery date by email or telephone!

- Corals, fish and invertebrates are dated with 30,- € Go! Overnight Express.

- Shipping is free for orders over 250,- €!
