We attach great importance to the safe packaging of the animals during transport. This is why we can guarantee that they will arrive alive.

If, contrary to expectations, you have to complain about an animal or you are not sure whether your animal has been harmed, take a photo immediately upon arrival and send us an email with the photo to korallen-bucht@web.de no later than 24 hours after arrival. We will find a customer-oriented solution or give tips on how to nurse a weakening animal back to health.

 

Conditions for the guarantee:

• specified address was correct

• Recipient was at home on the day of delivery

• Email with photo of damaged animal sent within 24 hours of arrival.
